Our network is all about personal connections and community, so I’d be remiss if I didn’t share a little of my own story. My career “launched” at age five in my father’s children’s wear showroom in Manhattan, NYC. Apparently, I was one of the greatest “sales tools” a dad could have. As he presented me in front a group of important buyers—holding tiny samples—a giant order manifested, and so did the beginning of my sales career.
I left the Big Apple at age 27 and ventured west to Los Angeles where I married and raised two amazing boys. Once our kids were in school, my passion for food and wine inspired me into a career as a wine advisor, selling small production wines to private collectors. Over the span of 15 years, I was at the top of the industry with more than $7 million in sales. At the same time, I was becoming increasingly aware that many of my colleagues and friends were unhappy at work. I listened to stories of crazy office politics, hard work going unnoticed, and enthusiasm and creativity being squelched. As I witnessed everyone trying to move up the proverbial corporate ladder, I saw the shift from “we” to “me.” People were no longer working as teams—they were functioning as islands.

I created E.Y.E. Prosper Network in 2016 because I believe the most treasured “commodity” is trustworthy relationships and our ability to connect. In our fast-paced world, the quality of service is frequently compromised, human interaction has become minimal, and many businesses are solely focused on cranking out end results. For me, true success happens when you love what you do and prioritize your relationships with clients and employees—it’s never about just you and the end result. It’s how thoughtful interactions in business can have a tremendous impact on our world.
